Overall new place!

Fairly clean property very close to Bundaran HI, Plaza Semanggi, Lotte Avenue as well as interesting restaurants. The best and strategic location to Lotte Shopping centre, dedicated staff at the reception desk.

The apartment was new and very good next to Bundaran HI, that's what we were expecting...

A fully-furnished apartment with free WiFi, gym, spa and tennis court. The staff at the 24-hour reception were always ready to assist with airport transfer, laundry, and room service. Plus, plenty of dining options nearby!

Trying not to get lost in the nearby shopping malls was almost like a fun treasure hunt.

It was new and very good apartment, we liked it.

It was perfect and excellent on car free day event. Staff was helpful. It had Wheelchair Accessible police, as described.

I recently stayed at Ascott Sudirman and it was my third time there. The studio room was spacious, comfortable, and had a nice, big kitchen. I loved having the option to cook my own meals or easily buy food at the nearby Lotte Mart. The property itself is fairly new and well-designed, with a large and cozy bathroom that had great water pressure. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even provided soap for washing. a great experience.

The location in the city was strategic, near the next mall, Jakarta and airport. We loved that all the staff were helpful.

Our apartment was very good just next door to interesting restaurants, and the nearest Lotte Avenue mall. Location was absolutely perfect, the personnel was excellent co-operating and competent on reception desk. Plus it was located on car free day event.

We had a blast chilling at the pool and playing ball at the basketball court. The gym was dope too, we got our workout on and even played some volleyball. The property had it all, from a sick pool to a lit playground. Highly recommend for young party-goers like us!

Only thing missing were some sick party vibes. It would have been awesome if the hotel organized some cool events or parties for the young crowd.

i think it's high value for money. it has very dedicated staff on reception desk, magnificent location. this new apartment is based just off south jakarta, restaurant and bundaran hi, plaza semanggi, lotte avenue and very convenience. there's sego pecel bu broto not too far away from the property offering fast food.

The breakfast had a good variety of choices and the gym was well-equipped. The location was convenient, being close to shopping malls and central Jakarta.

The swimming pool was uninspiring, lacking a nice seating area. The noise from a nearby mosque was disruptive, even though it wasn't the hotel's fault.
